UCSF IT Field Technician
Processed 30+ hardware requests weekly via ServiceNow, including standard, custom (MacBook), and accessory orders, in compliance with procurement standards. Managed inventory of 100+ IT assets, imaged devices using MDT per UCSF standards, and conducted Zoom onboarding sessions to ensure seamless device setup and user integration.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals IT Technician
Provisioned 50+ laptops weekly using engineering scripts and Autopilot via Intune, ensuring devices were fully updated, de-bloated, and ready for end users. Managed 100+ ServiceNow tickets monthly for laptop refreshes, coordinating remote and on-site support to resolve post-deployment issues (VPN, printers, SIM cards, Microsoft 365, etc.), while restoring user settings for a seamless experience.
